Life Design Coaching

Design a life that supports your health, your values, and who you want to be.

Together, we’ll explore the habits, routines, relationships, and everyday choices that shape your life, helping you create meaningful, sustainable change that reflects what matters most to you.

  • You're questioning who you are or what matters most.

  • You struggle to build habits that actually last.

My coaching draws from occupational science, occupational therapy, lifestyle medicine, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and behavior change research.

Rather than offering generic advice or one-size-fits-all solutions, I help people better understand themselves and intentionally design daily lives that support both their health and the lives they want to live.

My Approach

Coaching ISN'T

Reflections from Clients

  • I've become much more aware of my habits and now have strategies to pause, reflect, and make better choices. The journaling and breathing techniques helped me manage stress, improve communication, and feel more balanced and intentional in my daily life.

  • I realized that much of my stress around time was based on my perception, and that I could change my perspective. That shift has helped me feel better about how I'm spending my day.
